
System Configuration Possibilities on the requirements and cost. A basic can be purchased and additional hardware added or upgraded at a later time. The next few pages contain diagrams of how the system could be configured.
The diagram below depicts a UVSS Inspection Ramp with 4-Camera Modules and 5 Light Modules connected to a Quad Switch. The Quad Switch is connected to single Monitor, which can display each camera in full view mode or all cameras in Quad mode.
Instead of a Quad Switch a Quad Multiplexer could be used and connected to a VHS or Digital recorder.
Optionally a Quad Multiplexer with DVR built-in could be used.

The diagram below depicts a UVSS Inspection Ramp with 4-Camera Modules and 5 Light Modules connected to four live view monitors. No recording equipment is used make the system very cost effective. A 2 or 3 camera system in this configuration would be even less expensive.
This basic system can always be upgraded with recorder equipment at a later time.

The diagram below depicts a UVSS Inspection Ramp with 4-Camera Modules and 5 Light Modules connected to four live monitors and a PC system for recording and playback.
The four live monitors could be removed and just the PC system used.
